  • Step 3: Home Shopping

    This is what I call “The Fun Part!” We’ll tour homes that fit what you’re criteria, I’ll share insight on neighborhoods, pricing, and opportunities you may not have thought about—until we find the one that feels like HOME.

  • Step 4: Offer

    When we find the right home, I’ll take care of putting together a strong, competitive offer that reflects your goals and the current market. I’ll guide you through every detail—price, terms, and strategy—so you feel confident every step of the way.

  • Step 5: Contract & Inspection Period

    This is the in-between stage where your offer has been accepted and we’re working through inspections, appraisals, and final details to make sure everything is in place for a smooth closing.

  • Step 6: Closing!

    This is the final step where everything comes together. We’ll review the last details, complete the paperwork, and make sure everything is in place for a smooth and successful closing day—so you can get the keys to your new home!
